The real estate industry has certainly proved its efficacy in the rate of return. It’s an industry that is so exacting and yet still a maverick. It’s an unfinished masterpiece, always a work in process. Every decade there’s something new. Aside from New York real estate, I look to Buenos Aires as a place to put some new developments together. With the current exchange rates, I see bilateral investment opportunities opening up.
When I take on a client, I take it very seriously, and remain dedicated 24/7 from start to finish. I am always on call and available. I do my best to vet the properties carefully, so as not to waste the time of the seller or the buyer. For me, full service means more than just showing properties. When a client buys a home, it doesn’t stop there. Value can be enhanced by making the correct structural or cosmetic changes. Value can also be decreased by making the wrong choices. The decisions are important ones, and need to be carefully considered for future resale value. Many buyers come with their own team of decorators and contractors, but for those who do not, I have a rolodex of New York’s top listed professional’s who can transform a property into a beautiful residence - on time and on budget, with an eye to spending dollars on monetizing the property, rather than just feathering the nest.
The unique quality I offer, both buyers and sellers is my perspective of being a recent resident (5 years) of New York. As a South American, I speak fluent Spanish, Italian and English, as do many of my clients and I feel very comfortable dealing on both sides of the table. I have found that many foreign clients feel awkward dealing with the red tape of a strange country, and often, a familiar language can make an uncomfortable situation more relaxed. As the real estate climate of New York is becoming more international, my multilingual skills and connections are extremely valuable and can greatly facilitate a deal.
An Upper East Side resident, I am conversant about neighborhoods throughout the entire city. Prior to selling residential and commercial real estate, I honed my skills in computer programming and in the hotel industry. For enjoyment, I love horseback riding, jet skiing, antiquing, cooking and travelling to exotic locations.
